What is the eligibility of applying for Emperor Club Membership Card?
With accumulated retail spending of specified amount in any one of the subsidiaries under Emperor Group (Emperor Watch and Jewellery, Grand Emperor Hotel, Macau, The Emperor (Happy Valley) Hotel, Hong Kong and Ulferts) in 2 consecutive months
Spending includes consumption in all time slots and forms (except for Grand Emperor Hotel and The Emperor (Happy Valley) Hotel)
Grand Emperor Hotel: The spending is only applicable to The Royal Kitchen, Grand Emperor Court and Majestic Robatayaki
The Emperor (Happy Valley) Hotel: The spending is only applicable to Golden Valley and Coffee Shop

do I apply for Emperor Club Membership Card? How much
does it cost? How long does it take to apply for a Membership
Eligible customers will be invited to submit application. Applicant can forward the duly completed application form with the receipts concerned to the designated subsidiary for processing. A prestige Emperor Club Membership Card will be issued to you upon approval.
The cardholders of Emperor Club Membership
Card can enjoy perpetual annual fee waiver and membership.
It takes 30 working days to process the application
and the Membership Card will be distributed to the
member by mail.
All the eligible cardholders
can enjoy different discounts and point rewards privileges
when patronize the designated merchants under Emperor
Emperor Club Promotion
Members can promote to upper grades according to accumulated
Diamond Card: by nomination
Silver Card promoted to Gold Card: Accumulated spending
exceeds HK$ 20,000 in a year
Gold Card promoted to Platinum Card: Accumulated
spending exceeds HK$ 50,000 in a year
Silver Card promoted to Platinum Card: Accumulated
spending exceeds HK$ 70,000 in a year
Accumulated spending will be valid till 31 December
each year. Eligible members will promote to upper
grades on 1 January next year without prior notice.
